Your Questions About Herb Garden

John asks…Herb garden?I would love to grow my own fresh herbs and spices. Is it ok to grow them indoors or should I wait for the summer to start? Also any websites or books you can offer for suggestions would be most helpful. I live in an apartment with a balcony so growing one in a garden won't do.
