Michael asks…How to grow plants from seeds - herbs and flowers?Pls coment if im doing the process right. I live in Newcastle, NSW, australia.Just bought some bulbs and seeds for flowers and herbs, put them in seed raising mix with some underlying potting mix to cover the drainholes in those cheap black 1 x 1 foot plastic box containers used to store stuff in garages.
1.As per instructions regarding depth I put them under the mix. Should i put some compost and water retainer granules? I am
