Mandy asks…How can I plant a herb and veggie garden in a small apartment?I have a small balcony. I want to plant useful and practical plants that take little maintenance. I've already got sage, chives, shallots and some mint seedlings sprouting. I've got tomato seeds, but I'm worried they might want to climb there's not much room. I'm planning on planting some chillies as well. What plants would be quite low maintenance but used alot in cooking? I'm after stuff I can use alot but still enjoy
